Grown by smallholder Asfaw Maru in the highlands of SNNPR, this natural micro-lot carries the lifted brightness the region is known for—dried pineapple, fig sweetness, and a soft black-tea finish. Its character is shaped on raised beds, where the cherries dry slowly for 15 days under Tesfaye Roba Dry Mill’s careful process.
